This individual was a very experienced building inspector based out of Perth. Having had anextensive career he was looking to expand his professional offering and also offer work to his client base as an expert witness. He was also looking for guidance in how to set up a practice as an expert witness.
The witness undertook our online expert witness report writing and cross examination course in the first instance. This provided a great foundation for the first step in his career as an expert witness.
While doing this training the witness also got his first engagement as an expert witness from an existing client of his. The hearing on that matter was fast approaching and thus the witness also opted to do an intensive mock cross examination session live with one of our trainers. This live session was very beneficial and stood the witness in good stead for his first time being cross examined – on his very first expert witness engagement.
