Training Details:

Our client was an international law firm which was running an international arbitration for an international energy and resources organisation based out of Perth, Western Australia.  Various groups of lay witnesses required witness familiarisation training in advance of the hearing, and a series of separate sessions were run to accommodate the various witnesstimetables and training needs.  Sessions were run in person in Perth, and remotely for witnesses based elsewhere in Australia and abroad.

The hearing date was fast approaching and there was some time pressures in arranging the training sessions.   

The sessions were particularly useful for various witnesses who were particularly anxious and apprehensive about the process.  The company was also anxious to ensure that its staff (the witnesses) were well supported through the preparation process.  The sessions were a great success with the witnesses very much appreciating the training provided, and the company also being reassured their witnesses would present themselves competently and credibly.
