Training Details:

The client in this case study was an accountant with a successful local practice.  He had found himself being involved in increasing numbers of court proceedings as expert witness – typically in family law proceeds as court appointed expert, or in Small-Medium Enterprise disputes as expert on quantum of loss.  He wished to improve his knowledge in this regard to better serve his clients, to develop his professional experience and to develop a further income stream.
