Training Details:

The Forensic Accounting Unit of a State police force requested a training programme for their team of expert forensic accounting witnesses called to give evidence in fraud, tracing and financial crime matters.

Training was required to improve skills in report writing and cross examination.

Various training options were discussed and considered.  Given the team’s busy schedule and pressing need for some training due to upcoming court commitments, it was considered that the provision of online self-paced training would be best placed to fulfil client training needs.

The training was provided to staff immediately for review and preparation in respect of live and ongoing matters.

Scope exists for further follow up training for staff, likely tailored in person practical training based on concluded report(s) in prior concluded proceedings.
